What should I expect during my first appointment?

First, the clinician will have you answer some questions about your symptoms and health to match your condition with the treatment. Next, leads will be placed on your scalp to monitor the EEG (brainwave) patterns in specific areas of your brain. The diagnostic procedure allows the clinician to obtain a graphical display of your current brainwave function so that problem areas can be identified and remediated.
